"Had to be one of the best places we've stayed at using Vrbo. The place is stunning. Check in and welcome was very good along with a huge basket of fresh fruit, much needed water, and a cheeky bottle of wine. The single rooms are connected but have their own on suites. And each room has loads of storage. The cleaners came very few days which was amazing. The pool is lovely. Quite deep so a little cool but very welcome to cool down. The sun loungers are super comfortable. It is a 10 min walk down the steep hill to the first restaurant and a few more minutes and you are at the sea front. Lovely places to eat. The walk back is a free workout!! Yes it's steep, but worth that view. We made friends a little cat too!! We called her Sammy!"

"The Perfect place in the Perfect Location! What a beautiful place. The view is spectacular and amazing to wake up and go to sleep to. The pool is a perfect end to a hot day for sure. Just a quick walk or drive down the hill to a nice beach. We rented a car though and travelled around to Porto Rafini (beautiful hidden beach) and spent a few days at the beaches close to Temple of Poseidon (A must visit for the sunset). The local food was great with plenty of restaurants. The hosts are super friendly and helpful in navigating the area. We were greeted by a host as well who was super informative and friendly. She recommended renting a boat which was amazing and in expensive, snorkeling which was amazing and suggested some local spots to visit. An absolutely amazing place just 45 min from Athens and we can't wait to go back! Absolutely perfect vacation for us! Rent a car. It's an amazing part of Greece to explore. A must stay... PERFECT FOR FAMILIES"

"Our stay outside Athens on the coast. We had a lovely stay at this property. Our host was very kind and allowed us in early. She walked us through the house and left us some delicious goodies which was very generous. The house had everything we needed and the views were amazing and the sun sets stunning. This property is up on a hill so renting a car is advisable. It's only about 25 minutes from the airport and a very easy drive. Everything you might need is within a 5-10 minute drive. Lots of eating options close by and the beach area comes alive at night. All in all we had a wonderful stay here."

"Fantastic views from this large villa in Saronida. This is a great property for a group of eight with two double a twin and two single bedrooms over three floors. The living space and upper floor have fantastic views over Saronida to the sea. The pool, outdoor dining, BBQ and seating areas are fantastic with amazing sunsets. Saronida is a small town but has some nice bars and restaurants and a good sized supermarket. Very handy for the Airport, Athens, Piraeus and Rafina. Sounion and the temple of Poseidon is just 30 minutes down the coast. Palaia Fokia is 10 mins away with buzzing beach bars and water sports. A great location for a holiday and a lovely helpful host."

"We all had the best time at this villa! 4 best friends with our children staying in the villa and upon arrival the host showed us around the property and stocked us up on essentials! Including fruit from the garden! We were so grateful for this since the nearest mini market is about a 20min walk away (5mins in a cab). The host was so lovely she even ordered us food since we arrived quite late. The hosts were very responsive and answered all of our queries. The property itself is so beautiful, we fell in love with the pool, the decor, the balcony that joins all the rooms and the views. The property was clean and we had all amenities and made very good use of the kitchen, the bbq area and the washing machine! The children loved all the toys the hosts had set up for them as well the animals who would come to visit us during our stay. Every single one of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We created so many memories and it truly felt like home here. Thank you! We would advise to do a big shop at the supermarket and keep the details of taxi drivers so you can call them anytime you need to go anywhere. Local beaches are stunning with great beach clubs and make sure you visit Poseidon!"

"We had an amazing time while staying at this property. The owner was great at communicating and arrange for us to be met by the lovely Maria. The property was extremely clean and well equipped. The location is just up the road from the Lepeda Beach which is beautiful although hilly. We were able to walk to/from Lixouri, we also used the local taxi company. I would highly recommend and definitely return again. Thank you for such a wonderful first visit to Kefalonia."
